Ingredients

Apples:
2 Medium apples
1 Tablespoon Brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Cinnamon Crisp:
1/4 Burrito-sized flour tortilla
1 teaspoon Butter
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Granulated sugar
Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Peel and slice apples.
  2. Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix to combine.
  3. Microwave 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Meanwhile, spread butter on tortilla, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Cook in toaster oven or broiler 2-3 minutes, or until crispy.
